We currently ship orders throughout South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door courier delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your parcel is handed over to the courier.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

8–11 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Courier Service

We use Aramex Store-to-Door delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, high order volumes, incorrect delivery details, weather disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

VelvetMUSE™ is not liable for courier delays that are outside our reasonable control. However, we will assist where possible by following up with the courier and keeping you updated.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under South African consumer law.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

VelvetMUSE™ will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver because no one is available, the address is incorrect, or the parcel is not accepted, the customer may be responsible for any re-delivery fees.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We will investigate with the courier and assist with a suitable solution where required.
